The project

Your machines. Your relay. Your rules.

RelayHold is remote desktop software for people who want encrypted Windows remote access on their own relay, not a shared public cloud.

🎯

Why RelayHold exists

Most remote desktop tools send your session through a shared public cloud. RelayHold is pointed at its own rendezvous and relay servers from the first launch.

🚀

What makes it different

You get a built-in file manager between machines, in-session chat and voice, and full keyboard and mouse control. The Windows installer is standard and machine-wide.

🤝

How it's built

RelayHold is a Rust and Flutter application, forked from RustDesk and rebranded end to end: name, icons, installers, and server defaults.

Roadmap

Where it's heading.

Accounts & sync

Client sign-in backed by RelayHold's own API server: address book sync, machine grouping, and cross-device session history.

Admin portal

A web console for fleet visibility — device inventory, online status, and access management for every RelayHold endpoint.

Broader platform support

Today RelayHold targets Windows. Bring-your-own builds for additional platforms are on the drawing board.
